Here we can establish what you need, and where we plan on using the content.
WHAT ARE YOUR REQUIREMENTS?
If you have already prepared a brief, please send this over for our team to review.
Alterantively we can prepare a brief for you. Using information regardng key features and benefits, target audience and competitor research.
All briefs will be shared via live Google doc link, enabling team members and yourself to add comments and adjustments in the planning process.
FINALISING THE BRIEF
Once the brief is finalised we can look to book your shoot in. The brief will be signed off by you, as the only document the team will use when shooting.
This way you know what we are shooting, with who, where and why!
PAYING THE INVOICE
With the brief finalised we can send you the final invoice. Payment is required in full before we can book in any models, or begin shooting.
ARRANGING MODELS
Once we have scheduled a shoot date, we can check model availability with our catalogue of models. Or we can put out a model casting to see who is available.
In all instances we will send you shortlisted applicnts to choose from.
SHOOT DATES
We will always advise on when we have booked shoots in the diary, as well as keeping you up to date through the entire process.
IMAGE DELIVERY
After the images have been edited. They will be sent for digital download via a WeTransfer link.
We usually supply all files in two formats. A low res jpeg at 1500x and high res jpeg a 5000px.
However we are happy to accommodate for any specific requiremnts or dimensions you need.
VIDEO DELIVERY
Videos are delivered via a review link initially using Frame.io for any amends or feedback.
Once signed off, MP4 files are sent for digital download via a WeTransfer link.
INFOGRAPHICS DELIVERY
Infographic images are delivered by a review link initially, using Google drive for any amends or feedback.
Once signed off, images will be outputted to the correct formats and sizes and sent for digital download via a WeTransfer link.
